Get down to work, my thought…” Overture in encircling consists the presentation of  the (preliminary) results of the research conducted by the Institute for Study of Cultural Development “Cultural needs and preferences of pupils in higher grades of elementary schools” that talks about cultural preferences of young teenagers. On the other hand, memories of middle-aged on their childhood in Belgrade, along with the research of the offer that cultural institutions created for children (also Institute’s researches) show the power of participatory programs such was Drama studio „Škozorište“, from which Bitef Polyphony derives.
Knowledge accumulated through continuous Institute’s research of participatory practices, in the synergy with the activities of Polyphony Theatre based on experiences of “Polyphony in Duration” enable tracing new paths of the “Shakespeare’s Children” project.
